New Mexico teammates Elise Thorner, Samree Dishon, Stefanie Parsons and Sarah Eckel swept the top four spots in the women's 1,500-meter final at the Mountain West Conference Championships at Buchanan High's Veterans Memorial Stadium in Clovis, Calif. Thorner prevailed in 4:22.88, Dishon ran 4:23.25, Parsons clocked 4:24.08 and Eckel finished in 4:24.80 for the Lobos, who secured their first women's 1,500 title since 2015.
