Gracelyn Larkin, a junior, and sophomore Amelia Mazza-Downie of New Mexico finished fifth and eighth in the women's race at the NCAA Division 1 Mountain Regional at the University of New Mexico North Golf Course in Albuquerque. Larkin covered the 6-kilometer layout in 20:05.9 and Mazza-Downie ran 20:11.9 to help the Lobos place five scorers in the top 21 overall to repeat as regional champion, but triumph at the event for the first time in Albuquerque with 56 points.
